What to Expect:

Trainees can expect to be immersed in six phases consisting of 3 full days each, 8:30 - 6:30 pm. Each phase will include 1-2 daily physical practices, meditation, self-inquiry, and lectures. Our 200hr House of Yoga Power Immersion Teacher Training is Yoga Alliance Certified for those interested in registering upon completion. This program requires the time commitment of attending ALL the scheduled hours as well as coursework which include readings, writing, a regular physical practice, and outreach teaching. These can be completed in an average of 3-6 hours a week. Please explain how you will meet this commitment.
